Joyce Ann Royal Knea Jennings

Joyce Ann Royal Knea Jennings, age 82, passed away at Southern Gardens Assisted Living Residence in Lake Alfred, Florida on August 28, 2016. Born on April 10, 1934 in Crane Creek, WV, Joyce is the daughter of the late Aubrey Lee Royal and Nora Gladys Bailey Royal. Joyce is preceded in death by her brothers,Jack Royal and James Royal. Joyce is survived by her sons Timothy L. Knea and Ronald W. Knea. She has 6 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Joyce is also survived by her aunt Ernestine Bailey Hedrick, sister-in-law Geraldine Royal Meadows, and four nephews. The family would like to thank the special staff and caregivers at Southern Gardens who assisted and cared for Joyce during the last 9 years, and Cornerstone Hospice Care for providing her with a dignified and peaceful passing. Interment will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park, in Bluefield, WV.
