Jack Mark “Smokin Joe” Brewster, 49, of Falls Mills, VA, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at his home. Born on August 5, 1967 in Bluefield, he was a son of Veneta Chinault of Falls Mills, VA and the late James Brewster. He was a heavy equipment operator. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Hagerman Brewster of the home; mother, Veneta Chinault of Falls Mills, VA; sons, Michael Andrew Brewster, Tyler William Brewster, Spencer Mark Brewster, Owynn Patrick Brewster, all of Falls Mills, VA, and Hubert Lee McCoy of Honaker, VA; 2 grandchildren, Damion Allen Lee McCoy and Brooklyn McCoy; brothers, Jim Brewster and Nancy, Clarence Brewster and Anita, and David Brewster and wife Fay, all of Bluefield, VA; and sisters, Brenda Correll and the late Terry of Punta Gorda, FL, Kathy Bryant and Mike of Tazewell, VA, and Vickie Farmer and Mike of Bluefield, WV. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Pastor Danny Scott officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
