Donna Addison Clemons

Donna Addison Clemons, 42, of Sherman Oaks Road Bluefield, WV passed away on Monday, August 01, 2016 at her residence. Donna was born on January 05, 1974 in Bluefield, WV to Terry Brown and the late Rebecca Diana Addison. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield, WV and was a former nursing assistant at Cumberland Care in Bluefield, WV. In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by his twin sister Teresa Addison and her husband Tommy E. Clemons. Survivors Include children Christopher Clemons of Princeton, WV; Rebecca Clemons of the home; Step Children Tommy Clemons, Jr. of Bluefield, WV; Amanda Shrader of Gary, WV; Christina Beckett of Princeton, WV; Jeanie Clemons of Bluefield, WV; Tiffany Clemons of Beckley, WV and Lora Meadows of Grundy, VA. Two brothers Morgan Hall of Bluefield, WV and Shannon Brown of Bluefield, WV. She is also survived by many grandchildren. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with Rev. James Price officiating the service.
