Judy Sigmon Kade

Judy Sigmon Kade, 73, of Lorton Lick Road Bluefield, WV passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 at her residence, after the third battle with cancer. Judy Alene was born on November 26, 1942 in McComas, WV to the late Charlie and Grace Miles Sigmon. She attended McComas school then graduated from Montcalm High School in 1960. She loved CNN and cooking Sunday dinner for her family. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Evangeline Martin, two brothers Keith Sigmon and Cecil Sigmon. Judy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jerry Kade of the home; two daughters Mia Compton and husband Kevin of Bluefield, WV and Selina Poff and husband Lee of Bluefield, WV. Two granddaughters that she lived for; Danielle Leigh Poff and Katelyn Brook Poff of Bluefield, WV. Special friends, Anita Farmer, Wayne and Joyce Lester and Jessica Krondon. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, WV with Rev. Connie Black and Pastor Chad Lambert. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The Kade family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, July 21, 2016 from 1:30p.m. until 3:00p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to your local Humane Society.
