Sherry Lynn Butt

Sherry Lynn Butt, 61, of John Butt Road Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at her residence. Sherry was born on December 11, 1954 in Bluefield, West Virginia to Doris Addison Butt and the late John Butt Jr. She was a graduate of Bramwell High School and attended Bramwell Presbyterian Church in Bramwell, West Virginia. She was a retired Lab Tech whom had formerly worked at St. Luke’s Hospital and Bluefield Regional Medical Center. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one brother John Edward Butt and one sister Barbara Butt. Survivors include her mother Doris Addison Butt of the home; one sister Marsha Phelps of Glenwood, West Virginia; one brother Micky Dale Butt of Punta Gorda, Florida as well as several nieces and nephews. The Butt family will be receiving friends and relatives on Monday, June 06, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia. In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated following the visitation and will be entombed at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum at a later date.
