Cathy Faye Roark

Cathy Faye Roark, 62, of Jerico Lane, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Welch Community Hospital. Born on February 15, 1954 in Welch she was a daughter of the late Charlie V Roark, Sr. and Lois Hamm Roark. She had been a resident of Gary for 20 years and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie Vincent Roark, Sr. Survivors include: 2 brothers: Michael Dennis Roark of Bluefield Richard Roark and wife Melissa of Gastonia, NC Several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Monday from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
