Edward Bryant

Edward Bryant, 77, of Johnson Street Anawalt, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at Princeton Community Hospital in Princeton, West Virginia. Edward was born on March 22, 1939 in Eckman, West Virginia to the late Bailey Owens and Virginia Bryant. He was of the Baptist faith and was a retired coal miner. He had been a resident of Anawalt for the past thirty years. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one son Grover Eldridge and one bother Eugen Owens. Survivors include: His wife Dorothy Rose Bryant of the home His Children Curtis and Becky Bryant of Wisconsin Patty and James Palmer of Worth Virgie Price of Kimball Edna Bryant of the home Teresa and Pete Mitchell of Bishop Danny Bryant of the home Karen Bryant of Bluefield Edward Bryant (Ratt) of Lillington Bailey Bryant of the home Patricia and James Wright of Sanford Virginia Bryant of Sanford Timothy Bryant of Bluefield Shannon Bryant of the home Brian and Lisa Cameron of Bluefield Bruce and Sherry Cameron of Bluefield Christopher Cameron of the home Cynthia Winebarger of Skygusty Carla Cameron of Hamlet He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 02, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia with Rev. Emory Marchant officiating his service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia where his sons will be serving as pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends and relatives on Friday, April 01, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
