Jimmy Uriah Warden, 78, of Index Lane Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at Mercer Nursing and Rehab in Bluefield, West Virginia.
Jimmy was born on May 21, 1937 in Montcalm, West Virginia to the late Thomas Andrew Warden and Eva May Slusser Warden. Jimmy was a graduate of Montcalm High School. After high school, Jimmy served his country in the US Army. He had been a lifelong resident of Mercer County and was a member of the Mormon Church. Jimmy was a lover of music and has been involved in several bands in the area.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Mary Anna Crane.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield, West Virginia with Minister Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia where friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
The Warden family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of his service at 2:00 p.m.
