Della Louise Taylor

Della Louise (Thompson) Taylor, 68, of Beckley and formerly of Pocahontas, VA. Went peacefully to be with the Lord March 7, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Geneva Thompson and two infant daughters. She is survived by her son Jesse Cook and his wife Tina of Beckley, WV and her beloved grandson Tyler Cook of Morgantown, WV. She also leaves behind her siblings; Janice Agee and husband Willard of Falls Mills Road, WV; Jack Thompson and wife Dora of El Paso, TX; Dallas Thompson and wife Oma of Troutman, NC; and Chris Thompson and wife Debbie of Big Vein, VA. She was a talented artist, avid reader, and friend to all whom she met. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bluewell with Pastor Kevin Belcher officiating. Friends may call prior to services, from 1:00-1:45 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell.
