Mack King

Mack A. King, 66, of Gary, WV, passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at the McDowell County Nursing and Rehab in Gary. Born on October 25, 1949 in Eckman, he was a son of the late Sam W. and Ethel Burks King. He had been a resident of Gary for several years and was a retired welder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Venida Rotenberry; 2 brothers, Michael and Curtis King. Survivors include: Brothers: Sam King of Martinsville, VA Richard King of Bassett, VA Larry Keen of Axton, VA Sisters: Vickie Sells of Bluefield Mary Ann Atwell of Rockwell, NC Sherri Taylor of Bluefield Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call prior to the services on Wednesday, from 12:00-1:00 PM at the funeral home.
