Donnie Lee Marshall, 68, of Northfork, passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at his home. Born on May 8, 1947 in Keystone, he was a son of the late James Heath and Ruby Burnette Marshall. He had been a resident of Northfork for 30 years and formerly of Bluefield for 17 years. He was a retired coal miner from Keystone and a member of UMWA. He was a Vietnam veteran of the US Army in the 444th Transportation Company and the 101th Airborne Division in Germany. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 3 brothers Melvin, Curtis and Doug Marshall; and a sister, Patty Nichols. Survivors include: 2 daughters: Wendy Mayberry and husband John of Bluefield Annette Marshall and Greg Bellini of Oakland, CA Grandsons: Jacob Marshall Mayberry, Tate Mayberry, and Donovan Tolliver Brother: Tim Marshall of Bluefield Sisters: Letta Baughman of Montcalm Jodean Ratcliff of FL Brenda Warden of Princeton Friends may call on Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 2:00-4:00PM at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell.
