Ronald Wayne “Ronnie” Gills, age 67, of New Hope Road, Princeton, WV died on Friday, October 16, 2015 at Pittsburgh University Hospital in Pennsylvania.
Born on April 8, 1948 in Princeton, he was a son of the late Roscoe and Geraldine Martin Gills. He had been a resident of Princeton for 5 years and attended the Deliverance Temple Church in Brushfork. He was retired from Tabor Machinery as a truck driver with 35 years of service. He enjoyed racing, bowling, and time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Maxine Gills; brothers, Roger (Poochie), David and Michael Gills; and a sister, Joyce (Sue) Hazelwood.

He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, October 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. David Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
