Thomas Ray Bailey, Jr., 50, of Williams Street (Abbs Valley), Bluefield, VA, and formerly of Montcalm, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2015 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
Born on March 30, 1965 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Thomas R. “Tommy” and Betty Lewis Bailey. He had been a resident of Bluefield, VA for 10 years and was a graduate of Montcalm High School. He had worked at Food City in Bluefield, VA as a meat cutter for the last 12 years. He formerly worked at Save-A-Lot in Brushfork.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Dickens Bailey; grandparents, Harry and Ruth Lambert Lewis, and Cletus and Lora Duncan Bailey; and 2 nieces, Stephanie and Kayla Bailey.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Minister Paul Delida officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
