Laura Joan Griffith

Laura Joan Griffith 53 of Idle Acres Road Bluefield, WV passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2015 in Tybee Island, GA. Laura was born on January 29, 1962 in Gouverneur, New York to the late David F. and Lilly Roland Griffith. She had been a resident of Bluefield since 1978 and was a member of the Catholic Church. She is survived by: Her three sisters: Kathy Glover and husband Bill of Bluefield, WV Bobbie Jo Buford of Texas Sara Lee Lanter and husband Chad W. of Lexington, NC Four Nieces and one great niece Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), WV with Rev. Stephen Rector officiating the service. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bluewell, WV where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. Friends and family may call on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
