Joseph Dean Hicks

Joseph Dean Hicks 52 of Montcalm passed away on July 10, 2015 at a residence in Montcalm. Joseph was born on March 25, 1963 in Chicago, IL to the late Sherman and Ruth Spicer Hicks. He was a former employee of Georgia Pacific as an equipment operator. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Marsha Hicks. Survivors: Sons: Zachary Joe Hicks and fiancé Chelsie House of Princeton Joseph Dean Hicks II and wife Kimberly of Roanoke Daughter: Desaree Constance Kathleen Pennington of Montcalm Brothers: Tony Hicks and wife Tammy of Black Oak Micky Hicks and wife Rhonda of Princeton Tom Hicks and wife Sherry of Virginia Mervin Hicks and wife Drema of Bluewell Jeff Hicks and wife Wanda of Falls Mills Sisters: Teresa Kindrick and husband Nathan of Montcalm Hope Casy and husband Carl of Virginia Two Grandchildren: Phoenix and Josie Hicks And many nieces and nephews Celebration of life will be held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. with Rev. Eddie Mabe officiating the service and Joseph Hicks II speaking at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), WV. The family will be receiving friends and relatives on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 3:30 p.m. until 4:40 p.m. at the funeral home.
