Harry Nathan Short

Harry Nathan Short 87, of Woodbridge, VA formerly of McComas, WV passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Sentara Hospital in Woodbridge, VA. Harry was born on March 07, 1928 in McComas, WV to the late George and Mary Gregory Short. Harry has been a resident of Woodbridge since around 1960 and worked for 40 years as route driver with a local Bread Company. He was a veteran of the US Army with the 25th Infantry Division where he was a Master Sargent serving in the Korean War. He was of the Holiness Faith. Survivors Include: His wife of 55 years: Eveline “Deanie” Cameresi Short of the home One Brother: Jewel B. Short of Bluefield, WV And several nieces and nephews Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 06, 2015 at 11:00a.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), WV where Rev. Raymond Klaiber will be officiating the service. Entombment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton, WV where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends and relatives on Sunday, July 05, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
