Mary Catherine Wyatt

Mary Catherine Wyatt, 85, of Spring Valley Court, Huntsville, AL, and formerly of Capels passed away on June 23, 2015 at a Huntsville, AL hospital. Born on July 13, 1929 in Berwind, she was a daughter of the late Augustus Bernard and Fannie Alberta Mae Rushbrook. She had been a resident of Huntsville for 10 years and was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Huntsville, AL. She was a retired clerk from the Murphy’s Store in Welch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Paul Wyatt; 3 sisters, Phyllis Rushbrook, Louise Sparks, and Lucille Tyell; and 3 brothers, Hobert, Albert and Harry Rushbrook. Survivors include: Daughter: Tammie Wyatt of Great Mill, MD Sons: Dennis Wyatt and Pat of Green Valley, AZ Ronald Wyatt and Beverly of Capels, WV Kenneth Wyatt and Ginny of Upper Malboro, MD Terry Wyatt and Donna of Huntsville, AL 11 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren Brother: Cecil Rushbrook and Shirley of Bristol, PA Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Timothy Akers officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Saturday from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
