Connie Jean Hambrick

Bluewell-- Connie Jean Hambrick, 41, of Coke Plant Road, Bluefield, WV, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. She passed away at Charleston Area Medical Center after a sudden unexpected injury. Born October 9, 1973 in Bluefield, she was the daughter of David and Dolly Hambrick of Bluewell, WV. Connie was a bright intelligent and beautiful young lady who enjoyed life. She was an avid reader, enjoyed traveling and loved her family. She was a graduate of Bluefield State and Wytheville Community College with degree's in Nursing and Science. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Everett and Hattie Hambrick of Mercer County, Fred (Pud) and Helen Rose of Goodwill, WV; loving Aunts and Uncles, Kenneth and Betty Hambrick, Randolph and Sue Hambrick, Junior and Jenny Hambrick, Everett and Judy Rose, Scotty Rose, Ulysses and Goldie Bell and Donna Kay Rose. Survivors in addition to her parents include: Two Children: Tristan and Braylan Tilley; Siblings: Linda Hambrick of Bluewell, WV, Marlene Hambrick of Lexington, NC, Crystal Hambrick of Princeton, WV, Stefanie Hambrick of Thomasville, NC. Nieces and Nephews: Aimee Hambrick ,Alyson,Michelle and Rachel Hendrick, Patience and Kayden Dobbs; Great nieces and nephews: Sydney, Gabe, and Jeremiah. Aunts and Uncles: Helen West of Florida, Naomi Caldwell -Glenwood, Margaret Broyles of Bluewell, Marilyn Morgan of Princeton, Noel and Betty Phillips of Las Vegas, NV, Fred and Donetta Rose of Bluefield, Johnny and Becki Rose of Bluefield, Wanda and Donald Combs of Lashmeet. Memorial services will be conducted on Friday, June 19 at 7:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Dewayne Belcher officiating.
