Billy Ray Phillips, age 63, of Pinnacle Lake Road, Bluefield, WV, died on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at his home. Born on February 20, 1953 in Raleigh County, he was a son of Sylvia Marie Jarrell Bailey of Oakvale Road, Princeton, WV and the late Richard F. Bailey. He had lived in Bluewell for the past 6 years and was caregiver to people. Survivors: Son: Eric Shawn Phillips Brothers: Delbert Bailey and special friend Jean of Bluefield Richard Bailey and wife Debbie of Bluefield Special Friend: Evelyn Ann Miller of Pinnacle Lake Road, Bluefield Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Stephen Rector officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Friends may call on Monday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service.
