Joe Edward Ashley, 44, of Pleasant Valley Drive, Princeton, WV, passed away on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born on January 25, 1971 in Welch, he was a son of Ruby Muncy Ashley Craft of Princeton and the late Joe Ashley, Jr. He had been a resident of Princeton for several years and had formerly worked for different gas companies. Survivors include: Mother: Ruby Muncy Ashley Craft of Princeton, WV Son: Aaron Ashley of Welch, WV Sisters: Violet Lester of Welch Deborah Holloway and Harold of Middlebourne, WV Donna Keffler and John of TX Linda Brewer and Raymond of Lewisburg, WV Mary Wolverton and Mitchell of Jackson, MI Jody Felts and Carl of Narrows, VA Brothers: Rodney Ashley of Roanoke, VA Steve Ashley of Princeton, WV Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev.
