Larry Eugene Shrewsbury

Larry Eugene Shrewsbury, 50, of Walnut Street, Bluefield, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born on August 11, 1964 in Bluefield, he was a son of the Olivia “Libby” Shrewsbury Miller of Princeton and the late Thomas “Budgy” Shrewsbury. Larry was liked by all who ever met him. He always loved to party and play the guitar with laughter, loving, and spontaneous music. He was a loving man who made you feel welcome. See you later, Larry! Survivors include: Mother: Olivia “Libby” Shrewsbury Miller of Princeton Sister: Dena Grose, Terry White of Princeton Brother: Brian Shrewsbury of Princeton Children: John Peake and wife Kristina of Roanoke, VA Kristina Burwell of PA Leandria Woody of Bluefield Kyle Shrewsbury of Princeton Trevor Peak and wife Helen of Roanoke, VA Grandchildren: Jayden Peake and Christian Peak He will also be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends Ex-Wife: Stephanie Shrewsbury Mother of his children and best friends: Katherine Wiley and Alice Peake. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Minister Tony Reed officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Saturday from 12:00-1:00 at the funeral home.
