John Marion Harman, III, 67, of Anderson Drive, Princeton, WV, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center with his family by his side.
Born on July 10, 1947 in Bluefield, he was a son of Dorothy Hazeltine Bogle Harman of Bluefield and the late John Marion Harman, Jr. He had been a lifelong resident of Mercer County and was a former coal miner and coil winder for National Coil and Lynn Electric. He was a veteran of the US Army and served in Vietnam.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Fouse Harman.

Stepdaughter: Debbie Jenkins and Richard of NC
Sister: Elsie Louise Bassett and William of Lewisburg, WV
Grandchildren: Justin Lewis, Crystal Phillips, and Misty Mize
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Pastor C.T. Lilly officiating. Burial will follow at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Bluefield with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
