William Howard Mitchem

William Howard Mitchem, 59, of Princeton, West Virginia passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2015 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia. William was born on September 11, 1955 in Welch, West Virginia to the late Clifford and Selwyn Roberson Mitchem. He had been a resident of Princeton form most of his life. He was employed as a greens keeper at Princeton Elks Golf Country Club. Survivors Include: One Sister: Roberta Bailey of Avondale, West Virginia Cousin: Kenneth L. Mitchem of Bluefield, West Virginia Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia with Elder Lonnie Mullins and Elder Dennie Mullins officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia where Kenneth Mitchem, Paul Melvin, Arnold Mitchem, James Bailey, Jamie Bailey and Keith Roberson will serve as pallbearers. The family will be receiving friends and relatives on Friday, January 18, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
