Edna Hazel Meskinish 96, of Upshur St. Bluefield, West Virginia formerly of Bramwell, West Virginia died Friday, January 09, 2015 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia. Edna was born on Thursday, June 27, 1918 in Pocahontas, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Frank and Pearl Carrier. She was a homemaker and attended Bramwell United Methodist Church and Bramwell Presbyterian Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Meskinish, her son David Meskinish, two sisters Evelyn Honaker and Bertie Hager. Survivors Include: Daughter: Dora Shrader and husband Steve of Bluefield, West Virginia Sister: Kathleen Bell of Bluefield, West Virginia Daughter in Law: Zona Meskinish of Bluefield, West Virginia Grandchildren: David Meskinish II Terri Brinson and husband Glenn Leslie Hall and husband Billy Great Grandchildren: Adam Meskinish, Nathan Conner, Amy Johnson and husband Tyler, Kya Hall, Isaac Hall, Dalton Hall, Casey Hall Great Great Grandchildren: Jaden, Abbigail, Ashton Neel, Kayleigh Hall and Roman Hall Niece: Brenda Hager and husband Steve Nephew: Kenneth Hager Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia with Rev. David Kirby officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 12:00 pm (Noon) until 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
