Earline E. Stamper, 80, of Horizon Street (Bluewell), passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Mercer Nursing and Rehab in Bluefield.
Born on June 15, 1934 in Raleigh County, she was a daughter of the late Earl Ray and Mamie Poole Stamper. She had been a resident of Bluewell since 1965 and was a long time secretary for Kentucky Central Life Insurance and later retired from Liberty Life Insurance. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Jean Sprinkle and Alma Satterwhite; and a brother, Howard Franklin.
Survivors include:
2 sisters: Eula Shrewsbury and husband Tom of Bluewell
Barbara Moody and husband Bryant of Montcalm
Several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews whom she loved and enjoyed
Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, January 31, 2014 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. Melody Rickman officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 at the funeral home.
