Charlene “Charlie” Christine Sparks 57 of Bus Road Bluefield, WV (Sandlick) passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014 at her residence surrounded by family. Charlie was born on December 17, 1957 in Blawnox, PA to the late Sam White. She had been a resident of Sandlick for the past 40 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her mother and father in law Nellie and Frank King, one brother Kevin White, one sister Karen White and a brother in law Johnnie Weiss. She is survived by: Her husband: Buford J. Sparks Sr. of the home One daughter: Kathy Charlene Barker and husband Keith of Sandlick One Son: Buford Jay Sparks Jr and wife Lynett of Bluefield, WV Sister-in-law who helped raise her: Arlene White of Athens, WV Sister-in-laws: Sandy Weiss of Princeton, WV Jenny Byrd and husband Jay of Princeton, WV Two Grandchildren: Dakota Sparks and Laken Sparks Two Nieces: Becky Kade of Bluefield, WV Brenda Dixon of Princeton, WV Two Great Nieces: Marley Kade and Brianna Dunn One Great Nephew: Hunter Kade Two Beloved dogs: Bear and Megan As well as many other family and friends In keeping with Charlie’s wished no services will be held and Charlie was cremated.
