Richard Flanner Crawford

Richard Flanner Crawford, of Clovis Street, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at the age of 83 at Princeton Community Hospital. He was born on April 23, 1931 in Bluefield, West Virginia he was the son of James and Enid Crawford. He attended and played football for Beaver High School in Bluefield, later graduated from Bluefield College. He had a long career with Norfolk & Western Railroad. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Crawford. Survivors Include: Nephew John Kahle of Indiana Friend and Caregiver: Larry Blackwell of Bluefield, WV Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 29, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Monte Vista Park Cemetery in Bluefield, WV with Rev Ronald Phillips officiating. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to meet at 9:30 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell
