Nina Farmer

Nina Farmer, 88, of Dahlia Street, Bluefield, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at her home. Born on January 27, 1926 in Goodwill, he was a son of the late Harry and Sue Hodges Griffith. She had been a lifelong resident of Montcalm and was a member of the Jesus Name Church. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Farmer; a son, Rex Farmer; brothers, Coy and Boyd Griffith; and sisters, Lucille Richardson, Elsie Gilmore, and Peggy Bailey. Survivors include: Sons: Randy Farmer and Dinah of Rogersville, AL Blaine Farmer and Carola of Elk Horn, KY 2 daughters: Sarah Riggs and Larry of Bluefield Fern Hartwell and Bane of Lyons, NY Special daughter in law: Sherree Farmer of Bluefield 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren Brother: Blaine Griffith of Indianapolis, IN Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Pastor Doug Steel officiating.
