Ann Delida

Ann Semanco Delida, 93, of Duck Pond Road (Bluewell), passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Mercer Nursing and Rehab in Bluefield. Born on August 21, 1921 at Elkhorn, she was a daughter of the late Andrew and Anna Martyzn Semanco. She was a member of St. Mary’s Orthodox Church in Bluefield and the St. Mary’s Alter Society. She was a 1939 graduate of Elkhorn High School and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Delida; 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Survivors include: Sister in law: Dorothy Chizmar and Ernest of Bluefield Several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary’s Orthodox Church in Bluefield with Father Mark Tyson officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with nephews and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Sunday from 6-8PM at the funeral home.
