Roger Wayne Burnopp 72 of Red Oak Ridge Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Friday, September 05, 2014 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center in Bluefield, West Virginia. Roger was born on April 01, 1942 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late Edward K. and Mary E. Bailey Burnopp. He has been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and attended Brushfork Baptist Church. Rogers was the owner and operator of Burnopp Body Shop in Bluewell, West Virginia. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Randall and Sammy Burnopp; three sisters, Wanda Seay, JoAnn Wimmer and Mary Sue Lester. Survivors Include: His wife of 23 years: Juanita Pizzini Burnopp of the home Two Brothers: Richard Burnopp and wife Pat of Bluefield, West Virginia Donald Burnopp and wife Doris of Bluefield, West Virginia One Sister: Patsy Keever and husband Ray of Hampton, Virginia Special Friend: Gary Blankenship of Bluefield, West Virginia Several nieces and nephews and close friends The Burnopp family will receive friends on Monday, September 08, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), West Virginia. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 09, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell) with the Rev. James Moody and Rev. David Bailey officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia where Timmy Wimmer, Gildert Wimmer, Richard Burnopp, Jr., Jeffery Burnopp, Kenny Bailey, Mark Lester, Robert Lester and Raymond Knuckles will be serving as pallbearers.
