Julie Ann Horton West, age 54, of Sherman Oaks Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away at home on June 6, 2014. Julie was born November 13, 1959, in Chicago, Illinois to Sherman J. Horton and Betty Jane Alvis Egbert, both deceased. Julie is survived by her stepmother, Judy J. Horton, of Bluefield,VA; a brother, Sherman J. Horton, II of Lake Milton, Ohio; a daughter, Patina Renee Richmond and two grandsons, Dillon Counts and Spencer Richmond of Newton Falls, Ohio. She is also survived by her aunt, Jane Hall (Mike) from Speedway, WV and her beloved puppy, Zoe. Following her wishes, Julie was cremated. There will be private family graveside services at a later date.
