Born on February 2, 1951 in Bluefield, WV. He was the son of the late Claude Farrington, and the late Franklin W Perry and Hazel Beatrice Perry. Eddie was a member of Jefferson Church of Christ of Rural Hall, NC. Survivors include two sisters, Peggy Phillips and husband, Timothy of GERMANTON, NC; Hazel Susan Harvey and husband Michal of GERMANTON, NC; two brothers Donald Farrington and Billy Farrington of Rock, WV; one niece Rhoda Marie Melton and husband William of GERMANTON, NC; two nephews Christopher Lee Phillips of GERMANTON, NC; Joshua Allen Harvey of GERMANTON, NC; two great nephews William Odell Melton and Joseph Lee Melton both GERMANTON, NC; one great niece Abigail McKenzie Harvey of GERMANTON, NC. Friends may call Saturday, May 30, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, May 30, 2014 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV at 2:00 pm with Rev. Kenny Bogart officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens on the Courthouse Road in Princeton, WV where friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
