John Wayne Worley, Sr.

    John "Buck" Wayne Worley Sr., age 50, of Beach St. Bluefield, WV passed away Monday, March 17, 2014 at 12:58 pm at Princeton Community Hospital in the company of his daughter Stephanie Worley.     John was the first born son of Connie Carlene Kidd Worley and Vadis Shelton “Shorty” Worley on September 27, 1963 in Bluefield, WV. John worked many jobs in his life but the most memorable was as the florist and delivery man for Stepp Floral in Bluefield. John had many hobbies his favorite was shooting and building black powder rifles. He also enjoyed helping many of his elderly friend’s in any way he could from yard work to a ride to the store. John has touched many lives in his short life, none more so than the life of his step-son Preston. John was preceded in death by his parents. Left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Stephanie Worley of Lerona, WV and Tabitha Blankenship of Bluefield, WV; One son, John “JJ” Worley of Bluefield, WV; six grandchildren, Zackary Worley, Kaileai Mitchem, Dallas Blankenship, Austin Blankenship, Kaydance Blankenship and Ezekiel Farmer; three brothers,       Robert "Bobby" Worley, Carl Worley, Shawn Worley; one sister, Tina Boyd. John is also survived by a long list of nieces, nephews and cousins. John will be greatly missed by his family and friends.   Family, friends and loved ones are welcome to come celebrate his life and say their goodbyes at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
