Lois Wanda Cox 68 of Sale St. Montcalm, WV passed away Monday, February 03, 2014 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Lois was born on November 23, 1945 in Bluefield to the late James and Rosalie Harris Hall. She had been a lifelong resident of Montcalm, WV and was an avid Bingo player. Left to cherish her memory is: Her Life companion of 20+ years: Billy Roark of the home Four Sons: Jeff Ray and wife Terri of Bluefield, WV Timmy Cox and wife Amy of Bluefield, WV David Cox and Autumn of Montcalm, WV Ernie Cox of Montcalm, WV Four Daughters: Debbie Shrewsbury and husband Tommy of Rock, WV Carol Pendergrass and husband Robbie of Matoaka, WV Linda Roark and husband Richard of Athens, WV Dorothy Carver and Richard of Bluewell, WV Two Brothers: David White and wife Dovie of Falls Mills, VA Donald Reed of Princeton, WV 27 Grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren And several nieces and nephews Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 06, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluefield (Bluewell), WV with Minister Arlan England officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV where friends and family will serve as pallbearers. The Cox family will receive friends on Thursday, February 06, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of her service at 1:00 p.m. at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluefield (Bluewell), WV.
