Mark Alan Warden, 47, of Black Oak Road, Princeton, WV, died November 9, 2013, with his family by his side at Princeton Community Hospital. Mark was born March 18, 1966, in Bluefield, WV to William and Brenda Warden. Mark was a lifelong resident of Princeton, where he attended Princeton Senior High School. Mark was employed at Warden's Market and Flowers Bakery. Mark married Kimberly Maiden after high school and fathered a child, Saybella Warden. Mark was an avid sportsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and boating. Mark was also a doting grandfather who enjoyed watching his grandchildren play at his home in Princeton. Mark was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents: Heath and Ruby Marshall; paternal grandparents: Thomas and Eva Mae Warden, Sr. He is survived by his parents: W.L. and Brenda Warden Daughter: Saybella Warden, of Princeton; 2 granddaughters: Emma and Eliza White, of Princeton Brother: Jeffrey Warden of Bluefield 2 sisters: Donna Sarver and Sabrina Clark, both of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mark will be greatly missed, as he was loved by many. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Bishop David Boone and Elder Bill Hanks officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where Kevin Crane, Michael Sarver, Wills Warden, Scott Elliot, Dallas Denny, and Cody Elliott will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call from Thursday from 12:00-1:00 at the funeral home.
