John Edward Spicer, II

John Edward Spicer, II, age 44, of 1713 White Head Court, Chesapeake, VA, formerly of Bluefield, died on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. Born on January 17, 1969, in Bluefield, he was the son of John Edward Spicer and Pamela Brewster Wilhite of Bluefield. He worked as a Floor Tech in Environmental Services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. Survivors: Son: Chad Spicer of Bluefield Daughter: Crystal Duncan and husband Joshua of Virginia Beach, VA Fiancé: Angela Roland of Chesapeake, VA Sister: Mary Ann Prasatek of Bluefield Nephews: Jay Spicer, Shawn Prasatek, and Damien Prasatek Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. David Kirby officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell. Serving as pallbearers will be Anthony “Bubba” Coeburn, Keith Pennington, Big Dave Pennington, Peter Cline, Josh Duncan, and George Stamper.
