James Edward Gibberson, age 77, of 463 Perdue Hollow Road, Bluefield, WV, passed away on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
Born on June 1, 1936 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Frank and Ruth Perdue Gibberson. He was a retired salesman for Wallace hardware and Bluefield Supply. He was a veteran of the US Army and was a member of the Bluefield Community Church. He had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a graduate of Beaver High School.

Son: James Gibberson, II and wife Susan of Bluefield, VA
2 grandchildren: Brandon and Kelsey Gibberson
Brother: Ronnie Gibberson and wife Betty Sue of Bluefield
Brother in law: John Romans and wife Susie of Bluefield
Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Mike Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Monday from 11:00-12:00 at the funeral home.
