Everett Brewer, Jr.

Everett Lee Brewer Jr., 29, of Northfork went to be with the lord at his residence in Northfork Hollow on Tuesday, June 11, 2013. Born September 16, 1983 in Galax,Virginia, he was the son of Everett Brewer Sr. and Sylvia Church Jones. He was retired from Bluestone Mining Company. He worked with them for 7 years and Also Bluefield State College for 2 years. He was Attending Old Fashion Full Gospel Church and was a resident of McDowell County most of his life. He was preceeded in death by his Grandparents: Roby Allen Church & Lula May Graham, one aunt & uncle Kenneth Brock and Marie Brock, one niece Keri Marie Wright, and one cousin Gladys Evelyn Smith. Survivors Include: His Mother Sylvia Ann Church Jones & Husband Carl Edward Jones Jr. and father Everett Lee Brewer Sr. Two sisters: Nora Ann Wright & Husband Brian of Troutdale, VA and Tiffany Darlene Coeburn and husband Jonathan of Bluewell one daughter: Candace Nevaeh Brewer Several aunts and uncles, nieces & nephews. Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Mitchem Family Cemetery on Burke Mountain in Keystone. A meal will be served following the services at Mt. Grove Community Church on Browning Lambert Mountain in Rock. Jonathan Coeburn, Brian Wright, Michael Wright, Jeremy Wright, Cody Sweet and Mike Brock will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call prior to services from 11:30 -12:30 at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell.
