Roger Edward Pilkins, age 63, of Stoney Ridge Road, Bluefield, WV died on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born on March 14, 1950 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Albert and Eliza Attwell Pilkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Phyllis Shrewsbury and Lula bell Wyatt.
