Eva Yon Hill

Eva Yon Hill, age 89, of Bramwell, WV, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at her home. Born on April 16, 1924 in Bramwell, she was a daughter of the late Livio and Cristina Yon. She had been a lifelong resident of Bramwell and was a member of the Bramwell Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Bramwell High School and the McLains Business College. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Newbolt-Keesling Theater and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton T. Hill; and a brother, Harry I. Yon. Survivors include: Son: Stephen C. Hill of Elkview Daughter: Cristina Hill of Bramwell 1 grandchild and 2 great grandchildren Sister: Alma Murphy of Bramwell Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. James Milam officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with Jerry & Charles Yon, Greg Murphy, Matt Hill, Gareth Settle and Michael Eller serving as pallbearers.
