Buster Miller

Buster Miller, 97, of Bluewell, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2013. He was preceded in death by his is loving wife of 67 years, Mildred; a son, Buster, Jr.; and one great grandson, J.J. Hill; one sister, and eight brothers. Buster was born and raised in Jenkinjones for most of his life and worked in Jenkinjones and Conklintown until moving to Bluewell 12 years ago. He worked at the Pocahontas Fuel Co. tipple for 42 years. He was a member of the Cumberland Road Church of God. He is survived by: 3 daughters: Wanda (Jim) Coe of Bluewell Delsia (Jim) Dillon of Conklintown Nancy (Jimbo) Palmer of Bluewell 4 sons: Harold (Jean) Miller of Bluefield, VA Nick (Zina) Miller of Bluefield, VA Glenn (Brenda) Miller of Bluefield, VA Danny (Michelle) Miller of Princeton Loving daughter in law: Sylvia Miller of Skygusty 15 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Jim Coe, Jr., Bishop Frank Sexton and Bishop Glen York officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA where Nicky and Johnny Miller, Sonny Miller, Jimmie Dillon, Jr., Jim Hill, and Danny Miller, Jr. will serve as pallbearers.
