Richard Harvey Cardwell 46 of Red Oak Ridge Road Bluefield, West Virginia passed away on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at his residence after a battle with cancer. Born Saturday, June 04, 1966 in Bluefield, West Virginia to the late Sanford Harvey Cardwell and Glenna May Fletcher Cardwell, he had been a lifelong resident of the Bluefield, West Virginia area. He was employed by Lusk Disposal as heavy equipment operator. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Kathryn Jane Cardwell and one brother Robert E. Lee.
