Frances Marie Fulford

Frances Marie Allen Fulford, 85, of Bluefield, WV, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2013 after a long illness at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born June 28, 1927, in McDowell County, she was a daughter of the late Carroll and Reba Creaseman Allen. She was a retired supervisor from GTE and Bluefield Regional Medical Center and had lived in Bluefield for 48 years. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Bramwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Fulford, Sr., and two sisters, Catherine Calfee and Mary Lockhart. Three surviving siblings include: Norma Spichek, Shirley Rigdon and William Allen. Children include James Fulford, Jr., Kathryn Fulford and Carol Fulford Osborne. Grandchildren are Lisa Wagner, Anna Osborne, Stewart Osborne, Jr., James Osborne and wife Crystal, and Daniel Osborne and wife Heather. Great grandchildren include Joshua Osborne, Autumn Osborne, Lauren Reynolds, Jacob Reynolds, Cody Osborne and Douglas Bailey. Memorial services will be conducted on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 2:30 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Minister Paul Delida officiating. Friends may call on Monday from 1:30 – 2:30 at the funeral home.
