SPRINGFIELD, Va — Patsy Marie (Moore) Hall, 71, peacefully passed away unexpectedly December 8, 2012, at her home in Springfield, Va. She was born November 1, 1941 in Pocahontas, Va. and was a former resident of Abbs Valley. She was predeceased in death by the love of her life, husband, Gene Hall.
Patsy, known to her loving family as “Maw Maw” is survived by her daughter, Kelley Tyler; special son-in-law, Ben; her brother, Robert Moore (Joan); grandchildren, Jennifer, Joshua, Jamie (Jeff), Erin, Nicholas, Zackary, Mackenzie and Jaxon. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Lucas, Dylan, Layla and Addison; niece and nephew, Robbie and Beth Moore; and numerous cousins with special acknowledgment to Ms. Mildred Crouse (Junior (J.T.) of Bluefield, Va.
Patsy touched many lives and will be sorely missed. A memorial service to honor her life will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel in Bluewell, W.Va. with the Rev. Paul Baker officiating.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations of your choice be made to The American Cancer Society in the memory of Eugene Hall, The American Heart Association in the memory of Patsy, to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America in the memory of Margaret Kendrick or to the Veteran's/Military groups in support of our tireless soldiers worldwide.
