Michael David Stevens

Michael David Stevens, age 54, of 2521 Netherwood, Greensboro, NC and formerly of Bluefield, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at his residence. Born on July 4, 1958, he was a son of David E. and Marquetta White Stevens of Bluefield. He was employed as an inside sales rep for State Electric in Greensboro. Survivors in addition to his parents include: Wife: Laurie Bruckner Stevens of the home Daughter: Jayme Stevens of the home Sons: Kelsey Stevens of the home Eric Stevens of the home 1 granddaughter who was the light of his life: Maggie Stevens-Gales Sister: Debbie Gardner and husband Donnie of Princeton Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Larry Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00-11:00 at the funeral home.
