Lisa Wauline Belcher

Lisa Wauline Belcher, age 44, formerly of Rock, WV, died on Thursday, December 6 2012 at the Flynn Home in Wheeling, WV. Born at Fort Hood, Texas, she was a daughter of Dorothy Belcher of Rock and the late William Belcher. She worked at the Southern Highland Center in Princeton. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Belcher as well as her grandparents. Survivors: Mother: Dorothy Belcher of Rock, WV Brother: Sonny Belcher of Rock, WV She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
