Mildred June Bailey

Mildred June Bailey, age 85, of Evangelism Road, Bluefield (PO Box 724, Montcalm), passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born on December 21, 1926 in Goodwill, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Sally Arrington Garrison. She had been a Christian for 36 years and was a member of the Duhring Church of Christ and the Bramwell Church of Christ. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard “Pete Bailey; 7 brothers, Vernon, Estel, Virgil, Harry, Clifford, Basil, and Alfred Garrison. Survivors include: 2 Daughters: Bonnie Bailey of Evangelism Road, Bluefield Alice Bailey of Evangelism Road, Bluefield 1 sister: Goldie Miller of OH Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 30, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Minister Paul Delida officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell where Roger Stout, Robert Booker, Larry Auton, Wayne Black, Billy Garrison, Red Booker, Eric Baker, and Wesley Bailey will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call on Friday from 3:00-4:00 at the funeral home.
