Barry Michael Wimmer

Barry Michael Wimmer, age 56, of Rt. 4, Box 163, Bluefield, WV died on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born on January 15, 1956 in Bluefield, he was a son of the late Carl E. and Virginia Hager Wimmer. He lived in Bluefield his entire life and worked as a machinist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jack Wimmer. He graduated from Bluefield High School and was of the Methodist Faith. Survivors: Wife: Sherry Sluss Wimmer of the home. Sons: Matthew Ryan Wimmer and wife Amber of Owasso, OK Nicholas Wimmer of Princeton, WV Daughter: Jessica Terry of Bluefield, WV Brothers: William Ray Wimmer and wife June of Winston-Salem, NC Larry Wimmer and wife Kathy of Bluefield, WV Sisters: Bonnie Carol Goforth and husband Kenneth of Bluefield, WV Joyce Pruitt and husband Charles of Bluefield, WV 5 grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 23, 2012 at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell with Rev. John Kibby officiating.Burial will follow at the family farm. Friends may call from 12:00 Noon until the time of the service on Friday
