Brenda Louise Beavers, age 57, of Route 4 Box 54-BB, Bluefield, WV, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the home of her sister in Rocky Gap. She had lived there with Paula and Rick for the last 5 months and that made her happier than she had been in years.
Born on June 24, 1955 in Hampton, VA, she was a daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Mildred Gene Harris Bowman. She had been a resident of Brushfork for 24 years
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Lee Harris and Robert Eugene Harris, Jr. ; and her sister, Hazel Irene Patrevito and Betty Marie Gillespie.

Son: Ronnie Beavers, Jr. of Brushfork
Daughter: Keri B. Meadows of Rocky Gap, VA
Son in law: Jason Meadows
Grandchildren: Brittany Blankenship, Ana Derriso, and Hunter Meadows
Sister: Paula J. Goforth and husband Ricky
Nephew: Adam Goforth and his wife Valerie along with their son Dalton
Brother: Robert E. Harris, III and Sister in law, Billy Jean and her nephews Robbie & Ryan
Nieces: Melanie Penn and Fiancé Vanessa
Niece: Heather Harris and her husband Phil Riner and daughters Lilly and Amber
Brother in laws: Ray Patrevito and Daniel Gillespie
Ex-husband: Ronald Beavers, whom she always loved, had two kids with, and continued to have a close friendship with.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Ken Owens officiating. Burial will follow at the Knowles Cemetery at Meadows of Dan, VA.
Friends may call on Saturday from 10:00-12:00 at the funeral home
Walter Bowman, Sean Holcomb, Ronald Beavers, Seth Kirby, Robert Ethan Harris, and Danny Bowman will serve as Pallbearers.
