Joe Hicks

Joe Hicks, age 76, of Princeton, WV died on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born on October 5, 1935 in McComas, he was a son of the late Flem and Alice Hardy Hicks. He had lived in Mercer County most of his life and was a self-employed truck driver. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Daryl Lafferty. Survivors: Daughter: Judy Smith of Bluefield, WV Special Friend: Mary Blankenship 2 grandchildren, Deanna and Dustine and 5 great-grandchildren In keeping with Mr. Hicks wishes, there will be no services and he will be buried at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell.
